Delia, a twenty-seven year-old beautiful lady with a nice body and a smart individual is working as a public relation officer at the city. She’s living in a condo unit near the city. She has a car which helps her to travel from her condo to her work easier. Everybody admires her for a reason that she got all the qualities of being an ideal wife. Her work doesn’t show her personality. She is mean and deep as if she always has the secrets that everybody wanted to know about.
Mimi is a co-worker and also a good friend of Delia for almost three years. If it’s their off, they spend the time together in shopping and eating at restaurants in malls at the city. Unlike Delia, Mimi has her own family. One night, she set-up Delia in a date.
“You’re getting older dear, I think you have to find your partner from now on,” Mimi said.
“Are you kidding me? I don’t want to find my partner in life. God will be the one to give him to me,” Delia answered laughingly.
The set-up is still ongoing. The two went to a coffee shop inside the mall. Upon sitting, Mimi had an excuse---She will be going to the C.R. for awhile and that’s the start of the set-up. Mimi has a good friend and he is Zeon. He owns one of the phone companies at the city. He is a twenty-nine year-old good-looking, kind and good-hearted man.
“Excuse me. Are you Delia Montiviles?”Zeon asked.
“Yes, I am.”Delia replied smartly.
Zeon introduced himself to Delia same as through with Delia. Smiling, Mimi came back at the table and that’s the start of the date. They spent couple of minutes having conversation. After a while, Mimi was called by her husband and that’s a sign that Mimi must have to leave the two and that’s what she did. The two went out the mall and still spent the night having a long talk. They seem so comfortable and enjoying each other’s company until Zeon sent Delia at her condo.
The next morning, Mimi had a conversation with Delia about happened last night and if they enjoyed her blind date. Delia just answered, “The night was good.”Mimi was disappointed about it because she thought that Delia would become happy if she’ll have Zeon in her life but it’s the opposite. Mimi was confused about it but still she told Zeon to continue the plan. Couple of weeks passed and he started to court Delia.
Instead of being happy, Delia wasn’t. She never had a smile on her face because an ideal man is courting her. There is no “spark” on Delia’s part when it comes to Zeon even though how romantic he is in courting until such time Zeon asked her to answer him and become his special woman in his life. As what is expected, Delia refused to answer him. She explained her side and the reasons just not to let Zeon hurt. Actually, it’s not her first time to reject such suitors. Many courted her but still; she’s not ready to love again.
One time, Mimi talked to Delia about it and asked several things about her past love life. By then, she understood Delia for being mean and deep most of the time especially during office hours.
Delia was engaged with her long-time boyfriend and two more months, they will be getting married. They really love each other and they never quarrelled for anything but an accident was happened and that made them separate their ways. Her fiancé died and it’s the toughest thing she undergone in her entire life. She had insomnia for almost five months and cried most of the time. That was a year ago. Because she wants to find herself again, she went out of her province and reached what she is now. After the long story she shared to Mimi, Delia cried unconsciously and say...

Mimi hugged Delia tightly to show her comfort. After five days, Mimi and Delia travelled five hours to Delia’s province. They will be visiting Gino’s tomb---her long lost fiancé. It’s his death anniversary.
Two years passed, Delia promised that she will be getting stronger and ready to face a new love life because she’s getting older with her age. By then, she started her life with an optimistic view. She smiles always and be able to mingle not-only with Mimi but-also with the other co-workers. She opens her heart for a new chapter of her love life until she met Nicko, a friend of her sister from Canada. They are using the advanced technologies in getting to know each other better.
Their journey started when the guy arrived home. He won the heart of Delia after courting her in almost five months. Plans came and such time already polished, they decided to get married. Nicko stayed at the Philippines for a year and after such, the couples stayed at Canada. There, they built their own family. One time, Delia sighs for a moment, stares in the sky and says, “You had a great purpose in my life.”
